A legal disclaimer

Snowy Cleaning Collective provides services under the following conditions:
• Scope of Services: Cleaning tasks are limited to agreed-upon areas and methods outlined in the service agreement. Deep stains, pre-existing damage, or hazardous materials may be excluded.
• Liability Limitation: We are not liable for damage caused by client-provided equipment, unsafe premises, or items not disclosed prior to service. Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
• Client Responsibilities: Secure valuables, pets, and provide safe access to utilities (e.g., water, electricity). Failure to do so may result in service delays or cancellations.
• Satisfaction Guarantee: Re-cleaning requests must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of service completion.

Terms & Conditions

1. Services and Scheduling
• Scope: Services include residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning (e.g., post-construction, carpet cleaning). Specific tasks (e.g., window washing, garbage removal) are detailed in work orders.
• Appointments: Rescheduling requires 24-hour notice. Late arrivals beyond 30 minutes may incur a $50 fee.

•Appointments: Any appointment scheduled that cannot be completed due to lack of access to the property, or any other reason outside of Snowy Cleaning Collectives control, the full service fee will still apply. Clients are responsible for ensuring that correct property details are provided and that access is available at scheduled time.
2. Payment Terms
• Pricing: Fees are based on hourly rates or fixed quotes. Quotes valid for 14 days.
• Invoices: Payable within 7 days. Late payments accrue 5% monthly interest.
• Cancellation Fee: 50% charge for cancellations within 12 hours of appointment.
3. Liability and Damage
• Equipment: Clients using their own equipment assume liability for malfunctions or damage.
• Insurance: Covers accidents caused by our staff. Excludes wear-and-tear or pre-existing issues.
4. Confidentiality
• Non-Disclosure: Staff will not share client information (e.g., business operations, security codes) and return all documents upon contract termination.
5. Termination
• Either party may terminate with 14 days’ written notice. Outstanding balances remain due.
6. Dispute Resolution
• Mediation is required before legal action. Mediation costs split equally.
